PURPOSES & OBJECTIVES
In response to requests from Optimist Clubs and recognizing the broad range of childhood health-
related issues, Optimist International Caribbean District in 2015 launched the Optimist International
Caribbean District Childhood Health and Response Mission (CHaRM).
CHaRM is aligned to the Optimist International Childhood Health & Wellness Programme.
Clubs within the Caribbean District have the opportunity to initiate projects to assist the health and wellness of children in their communities.
